Our people
We help people show up as their best selves – and bring out the best in others.
Welcome – we’re glad you’re here.
At Genos Europe, we believe the best workplaces don’t just run well – they feel good to be part of. We work with teams and leaders to build emotionally intelligent cultures where people feel valued, connected and able to do their best work – together.
Based in Ireland and working across Europe, we specialise in emotional intelligence, leadership and team development that sticks. No fluff, no jargon – just practical, powerful learning and development that changes how people show up, lead and work with each other.
What sets us apart? It’s our people.
We’re a small, hands-on team backed by a trusted network of brilliant coaches, facilitators and mentors.
We don’t just deliver programmes – we build partnerships. The kind where clients know they’ll be supported, challenged and cared for. They return not just for the results, but for the relationship: built on warmth, integrity and a shared commitment to making work better for everyone.

What We Stand For
At Genos Europe, our values aren’t just words on a wall. They shape how we lead, learn, and work with others every day. They’re how we show up for our clients, our partners, and each other.
1
Lead with empathy
We believe emotional intelligence isn’t a soft skill – it’s a human strength. It’s what helps people lead with courage, communicate with care and build workplaces where everyone can do their best work.
2
Keep it human
No jargon. No tick-the-box training. We design learning that fits the real world – with all its nuance, pressure, and complexity. Because no matter the title, we’re all human – and change always feels before it thinks.
3
Work in partnership
We don’t drop in, deliver, and disappear. We listen closely, collaborate deeply, and shape solutions with our clients – not just for them. The result? Long-lasting change, built on shared purpose.
4
Back it with science
We’re practitioners with a passion for evidence. Our assessments and programmes are grounded in research and refined through experience – so you get insight you can trust, and tools that actually work.
5
Make it stick
Awareness is just the start. We help people shift behaviour, build habits and lead differently – long after the workshop ends. What we do is practical, personal and built to last.
6
Show up with heart
We lead with integrity, curiosity and care. We show up fully – for our clients and each other – and bring warmth and honesty to every interaction. Because real results come from real relationships – grounded in trust and care.
7
Build belonging
Inclusion is more than a value – it’s a way of working. We help organisations create cultures where everyone feels seen, heard and valued. Where difference is respected, equity is embedded, and people can thrive as their full selves.
People we work with
